Dayle is an experienced occupational Therapist who completed her degree at Monash University and has worked with participants across a lifespan and across abilities for more than 10 years. Dayle also has legal background and has a strong commitment to promoting workplace wellness and is committed to developing and implementing programs that work to the unique strengths of all team members. Dayle is passionate about equine therapy and nature based therapeutic environments having received training with The Equine Psychotherapy Insititute and The Equine Connection in Canada. Dayle is a mum of 4 children and when she is not working on making Therapy4life amazing she enjoys family, music, spending time with her horses and dogs and travelling.

Tina Sheader

Tina is an outstanding occupational therapist who has made a significant mark in her field. She graduated from Monash University, where she not only completed her degree but also conducted a remarkable thesis on Support Needs of Carers in the Mental Health Space. With a specialization in working with adults, Tina offers a range of invaluable services, such as prescribing assistive technology tailored to individual needs, making minor modifications to homes to enhance accessibility, conducting comprehensive functional assessments to ensure optimal care. Her professionalism and infectious positivity are evident in every interaction, making her a true asset to her clients and community!
Stephanie Goodwin
Senior Occupational Therapist, Clinical Lead Pediatrics
Stephanie is a passionate paediatric occupational therapist with over ten years of experience supporting children with a range of developmental needs, including autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and global developmental delays. She brings a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach to her work, focusing on empowering children and families through meaningful, functional outcomes. Stephanie has a particular interest in early intervention, school readiness, and social-emotional development, and completes regular professional development to ensure her practice remains aligned with current evidence and client goals. As a Clinical Lead, Stephanie plays an active role in mentoring and supervising early career occupational therapists, fostering clinical confidence, reflective practice, and growth within the team. She’s committed to creating a supportive learning environment that nurtures both professional development and high-quality client care. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys reading, yoga, travel, and paddle boarding when the weather allows—bringing a calm and curious energy to everything she does.

Adam Callow
Senior Occupational Therapist,
Clinical Lead Mental Health, Equine Facilitator
Adam is an Occupational Therapist who has worked within the child and youth mental health space over the past 20 years. Adam has trained as a child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist, practicing psychotherapy since 2008. His previous roles within mental health services has involved therapeutic work with children, young people and their families. Prior to Occupational Therapy, Adam’s early employment history involved working with and training harness racing horses. Adam is certified with EPI and will be offering his psychotherapy services to clients across the lifespan

Sarah Hewett
Senior Occupational Therapist, Clinical Lead Pediatrics
& Mental Health
Sarah completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at La Trobe University, following a Bachelor of Exercise Science, and has 15 years of experience in child and adolescent mental health settings. She takes a creative and neuroaffirming approach to therapy, drawing on a range of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Open Dialogue and Sensory Modulation. Sarah supports young people in developing coping strategies, enhancing emotional regulation, and building meaningful daily routines. She also values close collaboration with families/networks to help each young person achieve their goals. Sarah has a particular passion for group programs, appreciating the opportunities they provide for young people to build confidence, practise skills, and connect with peers in a supportive environment. Outside of her professional work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her young children, beach outings, and camping adventures.

Cathryn Hooker
Senior Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Lead
Cathryn Hooker is a Senior Occupational Therapist with 14 years of experience across mental health, addiction, community services, and therapeutic support for young people and adults. Originally from New Zealand, Cathryn brings a calm, grounded, and highly skilled approach to her work, shaped by extensive practice in complex mental health settings, legal consulting, and youth wellbeing services such as Headspace. She is passionate about supporting clients to build emotional regulation, resilience, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life. Cathryn is known for her approachable nature, reflective practice, and ability to create safe, trusting therapeutic relationships. At Therapy4Life, she leads a mental health caseload across youth and adult clients, provides clinical guidance to the OT team, and contributes to high‑quality, trauma‑informed care across both the Mordialloc and Somerville sites.

Hayley Fenech
Senior Occupational Therapist,
Team Leader
Hayley is an occupational therapist who earned her degree from Australian Catholic University in 2020. She has experience working with pediatric clients and establishes connections with teenagers and young adults. Hayley has completed several additional training programs, including the SOS approach for picky eaters, DIR Floor Time, Zones of Regulation, Traffic Jam in My Brain, and The Alert Program. In her free time, Hayley enjoys dining out with friends and traveling.

Catherine Lobanov
Senior Occupational Therapist
Catherine's commitment to her profession is evidenced by her extensive experience and continuous pursuit of knowledge in various therapeutic techniques. Her proficiency in DIR Floor time enables her to engage children in activities that foster their development. The Zones of Regulation approach aids children in understanding and managing their emotions, while Interoception techniques enhance their awareness of internal body signals.

Eden Tone

Eden is a pediatric occupational therapist who earned her degree from Monash University. She is an integral member of the team, widely recognized for her boundless energy, approachable demeanor, and her ability to foster teamwork among colleagues. Eden has completed specialized training in pediatrics, mental health, and supporting vulnerable families, enabling her to design therapy sessions that are both empathetic and highly effective. Her approach emphasizes understanding the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that every client feels supported and empowered to thrive.

Chloe is a dedicated and enthusiastic pediatric Occupational Therapist who proudly holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) from the esteemed Monash University. Chloe has developed a strong interest in nature-based therapy, which has led her to further education and obtain her certification in Equine Assisted Learning Facilitating. She firmly believes in the incredible healing power that animals and nature can provide to individuals of all ages, and she thoughtfully incorporates these principles into her therapy sessions at Therapy 4 Life. When she’s not helping her clients thrive, Chloe enjoys riding her horse, diving into a good book, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing moments spent with her friends and family.

Daniella Abboud

Daniella is a pediatric occupational therapist who graduated with her Master of Occupational Therapy from Monash university. Previously Daniella was a registered nurse. Daniella has completed various additional training and is currently completing s certificate in Trauma Informed Care. Daniella is sensitive and authentic; she is easy to be around and works to a very high standard. Daniella enjoys boxing in her free time and family.

Sarah is a vibrant and charismatic pediatric occupational therapist who brings a wealth of experience across a wide range of diagnoses. A proud graduate of Australian Catholic University, she’s known for her infectious energy and gentle, genuine connection with children and families. Sarah combines deep clinical knowledge in assessments, reporting, and group facilitation with a strong understanding of sensory processing needs. Her approach is playful, thoughtful, and attuned to the unique strengths of each child she supports. Jessly is an occupational therapist who graduated from Monash University. She is passionate about supporting children of all ages and abilities to reach their fullest potential. Jessly has experience working with children with a range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and developmental delay as well as those who experience sensory processing challenges. Jessly adopts a strengths-based and family-centered approach to therapy. She believes that creating engaging sessions based on interests and strengths of the child, along with working collaboratively with the child’s supporting network are essential for facilitating positive development and enabling the child to achieve their goals. Jessly enjoys crocheting and crafting in her free time. She is proud of her own creative work. Jessly also enjoys taking film photos to immerse herself into the unique moments captured by each frame of film.

Nicola Bullen
Occupational Therapist
Nicola is a paediatric occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting children and their families to reach their goals. Nicola completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at Swinburne University of Technology. With a background in dance teaching, she enjoys bringing movement and music into her sessions. In her free time, Nicola loves reading, being with family and spending time outdoors.

Sienna is an occupational therapist who has completed her Honours in Occupational Therapy at Mon University. With personal experience supporting a close family member on the spectrum, Yuki is deeply committed to helping every person reach their fullest potential. Equine Facilitator, Allied Health Assistant
Mia is a certified Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator, trained at the Equine Psychotherapy Institute and Equine Connection. She is passionate about helping children connect with horses in natural settings, believing in their transformative power as teachers for both children and families. Mia plays a vital role in creating safe, welcoming, and well-equipped environments across our therapy sites—including the Farm, Somerville, and Mordialloc clinics. This role ensures that therapy rooms are tidy, stocked, and ready for use, while also overseeing the care and wellbeing of our farm animals. From maintaining sensory tools and signage to coordinating safety checks and resource requests, the coordinator supports both therapists and clients by keeping our spaces functional, calm, and engaging. It’s a hands-on role that blends practical support with a deep commitment to therapeutic care.

Charle Rose
Equine Facilitator, Allied Health Assistant
Charle Rose brings more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, therapeutic learning environments, and equine‑assisted practice to her role as Allied Health Assistant and Horse Wellbeing/Trainer at Therapy4Life. With a strong foundation in trauma‑informed practice, child development, and outdoor learning, Charle has spent years designing and delivering nature‑based programs that support emotional regulation, confidence, and holistic wellbeing. She founded and operated her own equine‑assisted learning practice, where she led sessions for children with anxiety, trauma backgrounds, and additional needs while overseeing all aspects of animal welfare and program design. Charle is deeply committed to ethical horse care, safe handling, and building calm, trusting relationships between horses and clients. In her role at Therapy4Life, she supports therapy sessions, contributes to client engagement, and plays a key part in maintaining the health, training, and readiness of the horses who make this work possible. Thoughtful, reflective, and values‑driven, Charle is dedicated to creating safe, meaningful experiences for both clients and animals.
